As a Laird or Lady you might want to sponsor the planting of more than one tree. We now offer the planting of native trees such as Rowan, Ash, Birch, Beech, Alder and Whitebeam at £20 per tree with a minimum sponsorship of 5 trees. Your trees will be labelled, and if you sponsor 20 trees or more we will place a brass plaque with your name at the site of the planting.

We have had several requests to sponsor larger, more exotic trees within the designed landscape of Dunans. We have a rolling replacement programme in which we plan how we will continue the collection of gorgeous signal trees in the grounds. Lairds and Ladies can sponsor individual trees for £250, which includes a brass plaque with their name and the date upon it. At the moment we have four trees we are aiming to plant this year, probably in the autumn: a Monkey Puzzle (or Chilean Pine), a Walnut Tree, a Copper Beech and an English Oak.

The Lairds’ Bench is built from sustainable hardwood, it seats 3–4 and has a plaque with your message on it. We place the bench permanently in the grounds at Dunans.
